I've been working in the training and development sector since 2010, helping local, national and global sports organisations to create and deliver impactful workforce and community learning strategies. Organisations include Premier League, English Football League, RFU and RFL Clubs and Trusts, Awarding Organisations and Community Sports Charities.
​I'm a natural problem solver and strategic thinker and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the organisations I work with. I approach challenges with a positive mindset and create partnerships with purpose. When you work with me, you should expect a collaboration with transparency and consistency.
